Kirkland secures Willkie Farr Friedman’s lawyer for private equity
Kirkland & Ellis strengthens its private equity practice by adding mergers and acquisitions specialist Bradley Friedman of Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in New York.
Friedman focuses on mergers and acquisitions involving asset managers and other financial services firms, as well as selling general partner interests.
