Citco champions digital customer experience with new head of private equity and credit
NEW YORK & LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Claudia Bertolino has been appointed Head of Private Equity and Private Credit, Fund Services for the Citco Group of Companies (Citco) – with a mission to create widespread operational efficiencies and execute on the company’s ambitious plans. company digitizing its customer experience within both PE and PC.
Claudia has over 20 years of experience with Citco, holding leadership positions in customer service, accounting and business development. She was also a member of the Citco Fund Service leadership team for over five years – and will be supported in North America, Europe and Asia by a range of executives. As head of business development at Citco since 2017 and head of client service management from 2014 to 2016, she has extensive experience in alternatives and was also named one of the 50 Women Leaders in Hedge Funds in 2019. .
His mandate includes aligning Citco’s far-reaching plans to become the “next-generation asset repairer” for PE and PC, specifically by better understanding customer journeys, creating a more consultative service model, and creating more digitized and technology-based platforms to support PE and PC Managers. In the coming years, she plans to continue data integration between Citco and its PE and PC customers, while helping to provide tools that increase collaboration between managers, lawyers, accountants and investors.
