Menopause Symptoms

 

Menopause ( Wechseljahre ) comes in a varied state, it affects women who are aging, menopause is a natural event that happens to women over the age range of 45 to 55 years old, it is simply defined as the stage where in the woman’s natural menstrual cycle ends, it is the time when the woman can no longer be pregnant because there are no longer reproductive cells more specifically as the egg cells which seize from being produced at the start of the menopause proper.

Approximately one third of women do experience Menopausal Symptoms ( Wechseljahresbeschwerden ) and more or less the third of women who do experience menopausal symptoms also experience more rapid and recurrent mood swings conveying in one or all of the viable physical manifestations present but not limited to the following; short temperedness, aggressive impulses,  sudden mood shifts,  poor sleeping habits, difficulty sleeping, heart palpitations and headaches similar to the kind of headaches that women feel during their past ( PMS ) Pre-Menstrual Symptoms.

Menopause is complete when you have confirmed that you have not have a menstrual period for the time span of one full year, this stage is called post menopausal stage, women who are in this category are women whom can no longer be pregnant.

Menopause Symptoms (  Wechseljahre Symptome ) vary for various women, these symptoms may include the following however they may or may not be directly experience in the same order that they are listed, they may not even be experience entirely so take caution and do not be worried if you are expecting that you are in your menopausal stage.

The common symptoms of women who experience menopause include the following:

Sleeping problems similar to insomniacs, nothing to be scared of it occurs naturally all you need to do is to relax and find what you need to do to make you get back to bed.

Laps of Menstrual Period – means the menstruation periods are becoming lesser and lesser. As the ovaries stop to produce the egg cells the lapse of period can be up to 1 to 2 months delayed from your regular period.

In some women they may experience vaginal infections if the vagina is not cleaned regularly during the period time span of menopause. Others nay also experience Hot flashes which usually occurs during the first year onward to the 2nd year the latest. While other women tend to experience a mental defect that is not immediate, the loss of memory or being forgetful though not permanent and of great concern memory enhances will resolve the issue if approved the your doctor .

The other symptoms include the following:

Night sweats, skin flushing, increased heart pounding, insomnia, urine leakage,  headaches ,  mood swings,  joint pains, vaginal dryness, decreased interest in sex.
